It may be interesting to do a mtach between the best chess program of 2010 and
GM's from the position after the moves 1.d4 h5

I believe that the program has good chances to win the match.

The position after 1.d4 h5 is not good for black but winning with white is not
easy from that position and if black plays well later then the GM may make
mistakes when black can improve slowly it's position in order to win in the
endgame.

I think that it may be interesting to give chess programs to play in fide events
when the programs start the game in bad positions(for example it is interesting
to know what is the rating that programs can get when they start with white
without Nb1.

Humans are never going to be afraid that computers are going to get the first
place in strong tournaments under these conditions so I see no reason not to
allow programs to play at least under these conditions.

note that I do not believe that programs can get 2400 or even 2300 without a
knight and I guess the rating of today's programs is going to be lower than 2200
but I believe that they have chances to get fide rating of more than 2000
without a knight.

I guess that if you start games after the moves 1.d4 h5 computers are going to
get rating of clearly more than 2300 and they are going to have chances against
GM's.

The GM's can get more than 50% against computers better at these conditions but
it does not mean that it is impossible to beat them under these conditions at
least 1 game out of 100.
