I think that it is accurate.
I remember that Genius3 got performance of more than 2600 in one human-computer
tournament.

The time control was not exactly tournment time control but was close to
tournament time control(90 minutes for 40 moves +15 second per move if I
remember correctly).

Genius3(p90) also beated kasparov at 25 minutes per game 1.5-.5 and got
performance of almost 2800 at that time control(it beated nikolich 2-0 and lost
2-0 against anand).

Genius3(486) at 2 hours/40 moves is better than Genius3(P90) at 25 minutes per
move so I believe that Genius3(486) 2 hours/40 moves is at least at the same
level of kasparov (25 minutes per game)

I believe that Kasparov at 25 minutes per game plays at the level that 2500 USCF
players play at 120 minutes/40 moves.
