The ICD representative is surely right. I have partial informations
about TC2100. Sorry for this false information.

Can you ask him how many HT the TC2100 has?

The SSDF rating of the TC2100 is 1976 (in fact it is the rating of the
GK2100, which has the same program, as far as I know).

So it could give an USCF rating near 2200.
