Sure, but I guess I just long for the idea of a competition based on honesty and
cooperation rather than deception and suspicion. This *is* possible at the
amateur level, and I reckon most of the programmers - including commercials -
who post here are sufficiently trustworthy to run on the hardware they say
they're running on.

The larger problem would be the masses of accusations which would certainly
follow any slight upset.
