And hashes will be different too. Thus explaining different results. I experimented with a transposition function saving and retrieving positions that where identical using every symmetry. Combine that with a movegenerator that works on the primitive 'symmetrical' position and that will give identical results, unless there are SMP issues also. Some performance issues do occur.
