I don't think so. 1024 bytes of RAM is just enough to hold housekeeping
variables such as the board, the previous move list, the famous
piece/square tables, and so on.
There is nothing left for hash table. Anyway, a 1Kb hash table would
mean nothing. I guess you need at least 8Kb hash to see some improvement
over a non-hash program.
So we can assume that TC2100 has no HT, which makes this program even
more impressive!
