Hi:
It seems the differential does nor run along an straight line, but on a
curve. At the high end of it both lines -or curves-tend to aproximate,
so some learned people say. In the middle class rating section, it seem
the difference is like 100 points, that is, USCF rating is inflated in
100 points compared with the equeivalent in strnght of ELo rating list.
A 2400 player would be no more than a 2300 in Elo, but who knows...
