Hmm. Not so sure. I read your post as irony, and assumed everyone else would
too; however, I guess the cultural/language differences prevalent in this forum
are starkly illustrated here. Maybe if we all were extremely scrupulous and
literal in our use of language, there would be far fewer misunderstandings
blowing up into hundred-message wars. However, this might have a really adverse
effect on the "flavour" of CCC.

I'd be quite interested to hear any thoughts on unambiguous communication on a
text-only board across languages and culture; I come from a country where such
thoughts could be invaluable.
