Well you can believe that of course.

I found it interesting to know what the players think about it. With the poll,
we have got the answer. The human players are still considered to be superior.
We'll see what this match brings. Personally, I don't really know what is going
to happen, though of course, a few tests have been made against a few strong
players.

Firstly, indeed, who would be interested to follow a one week match on the
Internet if it is not against a strong player?
Secondly, from his rating, I believe Marcel Monteba has a level close to mine.
And believe me, I would not play a game against Buggy in the same conditions as
N'Diaga Samb will in a few days. I would simply be crushed. I have no doubt
about it.

And this is said, even though I know how Buggy works (and its weaknesses)... Yes
!

Easily draw against a program and win easily is two different things. Probably
in our game, a strong player can indeed easily draw in most games. But he will
not win often.

We have stated so far that this was the first man-machine match for this game.

Some years ago, we've seen computers playing against humans but either they were
only blitz games (not long games at 2hr/50 moves) or they were played against
different opponents. There are never been any match (as far as we know).
