I would strongly advise you to simply clean install win2k. There is an upgrade path but it's not the ideal solution. If it is possible, save your important data, format the drive (make sure you do NTFS) and clean install. Reinstall your applications and restore your data. This is more of a headache but you will be happier with the results, I think. Scott
