Now this is getting complicated.  I wanted to stay with Fat32 and NOT reinstall
my apps.  Too many hours to spend due to YEARS of apps of all sorts.

I've just paid Microsoft $9.95 to "participate in" (buy) the early preview of
Windows XP, which I'll be able to download next week I think.  XP looks to have
more tools than WIn2000 to help for upgrading from Win98.
