I assume not.

Would make sense. Ed didn't complain about amateur title and amateurs
who do not pay $1000 entry fee for 2 programs (tiger + rebel) have less
to say, as historically has been proven.

Anyway it's good that David made this deal. Keeping the participants
inside the tournament, especially if it's Rebel + Tiger, that's always
better as getting them outside.

Nevertheless i doubt the argumentation from Ed that he was making his
DOS program parallel.

Now what we miss in this tournament is publicity. Only 15 participants
or something like that. I of course added junior to that already,
as those are always late to sign in and there wasn't a clear statement
yet they are not going to join AFAIK.

No dude in Netherlands knows there is a world champs computerchess
in august in Maastricht. It wasn't even announced in the 2 monthly
chess magazine. Would be amazed if there is a report in it about it
anyway.

They all know that fritz is going to play kramnik though.
