The following is from CNET.  You can find the full review at that site.

"The bottom line: Whether you run Windows for business or for pleasure, if you
have a newer system (300MHz processor, 128MB of RAM, and several free
gigabytes\of disk space), XP will add features, reliability, and performance
that you don't have now. Consider upgrading in October, if you can stand
Microsoft's new product activation rules."
