even a free downloadable engine uploads only 1145 times?

Question is: how many did PAY you for this thing and from those
who paid who got it to work?

0% ?

No he won't, uploads are for free and all kind of serviceproviders
already download it from you. those 1145 probably around half that
are ISPs downloading.

I never saw winboard engines in the supermarket so i doubt all that.

>Why you can play now with 90% of all commercial GUIs with WinBoard engines?

It's an extra in interfaces to load some amateur engines with,
but at the same time it means those amateur engines won't come much
further, because for the same reason they cannot come further.

You're not being realistic.

How many winboard versions did you sell from Patzer/Lambchop etc?

100, 500?

You can't live from 500 versions sold.

1145 free downloads are statistically seen shit.

My freeware DIEP program has been put onto around 10 million CDroms.

No i didn't receive a penny for that. Only sometimes a neighbour is
coming to me and say: "he here is diep version 1.40!!!!"
