I'm dying to know the answers too. However, I've heard (unofficially) that you shouldn't get your hopes up -- that Hiarcs is no longer being worked on. I'd love to be proved wrong. (I was the first USA beta tester for Hiarcs 1.0, way back when, and even received Christmas cards from its friendly authors for years afterward.)
