Ooops... You're *not* a UNIX guy? For some reason seeing Ferret beeing
run on a Alpha made me think you were... forgot that Windows NT also
runs on the alpha. Guess you've missed out on the good side of
life...(and I misread you the first time).

The differens is that robofics can be run on a shell account, and
doesn't need to display anything graphically on your computer. Therefore
it doesn't requier you to stay online to have the program running.
