Hello, I have had this problem with the CD icon disappearing from my computer
several instances using WindowsMe. It re-appears after rebooting the PC, however
my system crashed last night and system Restore did not even run. I am going to
reformat my drive since there is no other alternative for me. This time I will
install Windows2000, or Windows98SE instead of WindowsMe, which is disaster.
