I haven't made any engine changes lately. The version that is playing on ICC is close to final. It's running on both Linux and Windows. I could release just the Winboard engine, but I'd like to also put together a new Windows UI that is simpler and less buggy, and build a small but reasonably good quality opening book - Arasan 5.4 is a 3Meg download and I'd like to reduce the size to something more manageable. I'm working on those things. No estimated arrival time for this yet. I have limited time for hacking chess lately. --Jon
