Earlier this subject was discussed. Someone said that there was already an interface, that of Gnuchess, but that few programs had included it, and none of the commercial. But and here is my point. Isn't auto232 also an interface? And this interface has most commercial chessprograms. And wouldn't it be possible to use this for playing chessprograms against each other on the same machine? The only thing that we wait for is an interested programmer that makes the right software for the purpose? I think that this software would be profitable. Can a programmer tell me if it is theoretical possible to do such a software? I never mean that this thing would be for rating. That is impossible on the same machine. But for fun.
