I don't know what you mean by PGN comments with a semi-colon but any of this text-manipulation stuff is pretty easy with Perl. What's the end delimiter of the comments? A newline? The next move number? The next move? I'm sure if you gave us an example, someone would write a little script to do the job. Good luck, Scott
