Two things to do:

1.  Type "import capfilename" which will suck in the CAP positions and
scores, and stick them in the binary book.bin file.

2.  Adjust the book weight for CAP scores to make these scores more substantial
contributors to the book move selection process.  Note that in early opening
the CAP scores can be _very_ bad.  Not realizing that a +3.0 is really a -5.0
after another 10 plies or so, yet it is all forced.  The scores are generally
good, but there are still issues to be solved in using them.
