Eric Hallsworth's computer chess magazine, Selective Search, issue 95 p. 34 has
this to say:
"I am sorry to have no further news on HIARCS8 - ChessBase are reluctant to
bring out another new program just yet, when Tiger14, Junior 7 and Shredder532
are still recent rleases. Probably Sept!"
