Hi: This is a mega event from any side you look at it. And of course that involves that challengers must say things to kindle the interest to the utmost. So Kramnik appears in every interview showing a decent dosis of respect and even letting guess some degree of uncertainty. Nevertheless, that does not suppose automatically that the outcome is certain and almost prearranged, everything being a farse. Who know if K will really get the LAST DF. If Chessbase did not arrange in advance a decent score -I do not believe such a thing- then they must do everything to get at least some couple of points or the full stuff will explode in his faces. Openning? Some extra code lines? A somewhat different evaluation table? I doubt they weill just let K get the real thing. That is like to commit suicide. And Chessbase people, as far as I see, is not commited to suicides in his commercial practices. Some ace they keep in his sleeves, I would bet. fernando
