A more interesting question is if humans can get bigger elo than 3000. It may be a big challange for progrmmers to develop a program that teaches kramnik or kasparov to achieve this level. Another challange for programmers is to write a program that teach most humans who use it some hours per day to get grandmaster level in some years. Uri
