The ICCA does not acknowledge the internet, or as far as I can tell, anything
other than the journal.  I believe that part of the reason for this is that
they've given up on internet communication forums because they know that about a
half-dozen people would immediately jump on any ICCA post anywhere and respond
with violence and crudeness.

This clearly would happen, but in spite of this, I think their decision is a
mistake.
