Programmers can optimize for Pentium IV, but the processor is then also not very faster. For computer chess not interesting ... For single systems is clear the best processor an Athlon 1.4GHz with a good cooler, like Swiftech ... Athlon 1.4 then with 1.6GHz without any problems. Best Frank
