Subject: Does Athlon 1.4GB need an extra cooler?

My new one gets quite hot, and even makes the cd's rather warm. I get a bit
afraid for their health, but my local dealer (who sold it to me) says that it is
normal for such a poccessor, and it is ok. Is It?
