Hi, Some comments on the games of Gandalf, Tiger and Rebel: Quest - Gandalf 1:0 ------------------- Gandalf made an interesting piece sac, but followed up incorrectly (Bxb2? was bad, b4! by Black is unclear). After that Quest had nu trouble to win with the extra piece. One by one Gandalf's pawns dropped off. Junior - Tiger -------------- A sharp opening in which Junior came out of book with a minus score. Unfortunately Tiger played its first move out of book very quickly and it was a very bad one. See f7-f5?? Where h5! would be OK for Black. Now Black quickly got a bad position, in which the King was stuck in the centre. Finally Junior won a piece and though the game is still in progress, White is winning. Goliath - Rebel --------------- Goliath was better after the opening, but misplayed the attack. Rebel took over and just at the moment it seemed as if the attack was blocked, Rebel found a winning knight manoeuvre. Currently it is an exchange up scoring +4. Jeroen
