Someone might say that yours is even worse on almost all counts IMO. By that I mean your argumentation for the dissolving of CCC. Or at least replacing it by a few links to programming resources, commercial websites and Hyatt's e-mail address for those not sufficiently smart and/or hardworking. Exaggerated I know, but I don't think the above attitude is reflected in the spirit of the charter. Mvh. Mogens
