I will try to repeat this. But possibly you should make Tools\Repair base once.

Thanks. Will be fixed. Possibly it should be one more minor update available.

Default time settings are too short. To fix this before running Interactive
analysis check Advanced box and provide Time limitations parameters with values
more than 1000 seconds. The other way is to edit MaxTime and AbortTime values in
deep.ini file
