The changes I have made in the past few years (including a period of over a year
where I did nothing), have been in the eval.  Search changes have been designed
to search better, not deeper.

Ferret is getting outsearched even on inferior hardware here, especially in the
game against Tiger.

I think I'll probably throw out my search when I get home, and spend some time
trying to make it smarter and more narrow simultaneously.

I don't like the tournament result so far.  I'm not professional so I don't have
a lot of chances to make an impact.  Doing badly in the only tournament I can
attend is pretty disastrous -- I will probably be ignored and forgotten until I
can do well in another one.
