[snip] The position after Rebel's 16...f5 is evaluated as equal by both Nunn's Chess Openings and ECO (which awards an exclamation mark to this move). Junior's 17.Qf4 appears to be a novelty, and it is unclear (to me, at least) that this represents an improvement over 17.exf6, as played in Akopian - Almasi, Ljubljana 1995. Thanks for your updates!
