The "Dream Team" springs to mind.
Ice Hockey.

Amateur track and field?  These guys and gals get paid 6 figures to run around
an oval.

The only place that amateur sports exists is at the high school level and below,
and if you are a good enough high school player, there is some question in that,
according to some things that I have seen.

Amateur sports no longer exist, really.  Except with little kids.
