This issue is important IMHO. It might be the faster way to do it but certainly not the best. I see a message where the subject contains "Gromitchess bookcheating" Then the body of the message is not understandable to me and at the end you mention that this is why you don't enjoy computerchess anymore. Obvious conclusion, the message has something that is related to the subject and makes you unhappy. Giancarlo, your intentions could be good but it was very misleading.
