In the next iteration it says after 4:17 24.51 and does not expect Kxb6 because of mate in 29. When I enter Rxb6 and Kxb6 and clear the hashtables, it needs more time to see the mate. At depth 21 after 6:14 it sees >2.46. depth 22 after 7:53 5.45 and finally at depth 25 mate in 31 or better after 28 minutes! I will test if it has something to do with my limited max depth of 32.
