The variation: 18...Bc6 19.Bg5 Ra7 20.Na3 Kf8 21.Rxe7 Rxe7 doesn't seem all that clear to me, due to the offside knight at h6. 22. Bxe7+ Kxe7 23. Rc1 seems best to me as blacks king has to go to the queen side and the black pieces are in disarray.
