I didn't re-read that article very carefully... 17 wasn't a number from DB there (the logs say 11(6) - whatever that means). Meanwhile I've found the logs (again). Depth info is 11(6) at the move I mentioned, see below. The full logs seem to be >200 KB each and are a bit difficult to study, but the cleaned versions are better readable (if your text editor inserts the correct line breaks; notepad doesn't).
