Subject: Diagrams do not print properly

I have tried to print out CCC messages that contain chess diagrams.  On 2
separate printers, one color inkjet and one monochrome laser, the diagrams print
without the squares being shaded (the board is all white, except for the
pieces).  I'm using Windows 98SE (still!).

Does anybody know what's going on?
