All he needed was to have an ECO sticking out of his back pocket... It is a good question to ask though. How does one ensure a fair contest now? Maybe we can ask players to sign an agreement before hand stating that the game, and membership in one's chess organization is forfeit in case he/she is caught. I am sure rules like this already exist, but putting people on notice could act as a significant deterrent. Bob
