Subject: Nalimov Tablebase Server as Webservice

For programmers the Nalimov Tablebase server containing
all the 3,4, and 5 man games is now also accessible as
webservice.
This makes it possible to access them from within an
application without the need of installing 7 GB of data.
The API is based on SOAP which is a protocol based on
open Internet standards and XML.
