I am guessing you mean 1 of 2 things:

1.) SMK doesn't know anything.

or

2.) SMK isn't willing to share anything.

I guess I will tackle both.

1.) SMK doesn't know anything.
*Well, that's interesting. I don't care how tactical you think DIEP is,
Shredder is the world champ 5 years in a row. You spoke of "several
tournaments" with SMK, how many times did you win that tournament?*

and

2.) SMK isn't willing to share anything.
*Well, he doesn't have an obligation to do so. Not for any reason. Not because
he likes you, or you like him, or you like his work, NONE. These are
propiertary secrets, that more than likely have lead to him winning 5
championships in a row. You too have a program, that is closed source. Perhaps
SMK simply doesn't have the time to share information like you, Bob, and Bruce
do. Perhaps he just doesn't want to lose these secrets. Whatever the reason,
it's his choice to make, and no one should flame him for it.*

I know you personally don't like Shredder, Vince. But no need to try to flame
SMK for it. You've already made a fool of yourself twice during WMCCC, no need
to do it any more.
