Your translation is correct but you missed one point. Andreas Schwartman is
neither an employe of Chessbase nor of CSS. Hi is just a guy who posts on a
regular basis on the CSS forum AND he made parts of the games for a tournament
that the CSS played (CSS-Engine Masters 2001).

There is a third possibility
c) Bob gave the allowance to distribute Crafty on a commercial CD without
getting money because the engine is available everywhere for free.

Nevertheless I do not understand why AS stated that Crafty costs real money just
because Crafty is sold on a comercial CD?
