This is flawed logic.  Just because something is bundled together and there is a
charge does not mean that it is commercial.  You could also add the King James
Version of the Bible to the Fritz CD and it would not mean that it is
commercially available.

The Young talents phenomenon is more interesting.  In my opinion it depends if
the authors get a royalty or not.  If they do then I regards the engines that
are not publically available as commercial eg Ikarus but not Phalanx
