I doubt if a really stupid program can beat Junior and the rest even at 10G n/s I believe that a program with the exact evaluation function as tscp is going to lose against Junior even if the speed is 10G n/s and you use good search algorithms(I assume 10G means 10^13) There is a number that is big enough but I do not believe in 10^13 Uri
