Ok, I am notified.

Try to be more concrete. What was the engine when you faced with the problem?
And could you reproduce one of them. Surely it is better to send e-mail to me
with detailes. This forum is not for technical problems discussing.

CA6 is very complex system and even ten beta testers are unable to test all
modes with all options. Don't forget that any changes demand repeitive testing.
Possibly Microsoft with it's resources is able to provide scientific testing,
but not a chess software company.

And when a thousand of users receives the program every has a chance to catch a
problem. And every user has his point of view what is the main thing in the
program. And it is very dificult to provide equal glance for everyone in a
moment. I am only sure that all principal modes are tested and proven.

The latest problem was connected that UCI engines were not stable on ICC. All
was Ok on developer computers. But every user computer has some peculiarities
and we were due to consider UCI code once more and provide it with more
stability.

This is known and easy to fix.

I don't see a problem if CA user will provide fonts for downloading from his/her
Web page created by Chess Assistant. Surely fonts are not allowed to distribute
with commercial products without Convekta permission.

We will make all possbile to satisfy all the users with our product. Beleive me
it is not simple, but inspiration from satisfied users is much more valuable.

With best regards, Victor
