Thanks for posting the article Jorge. Maybe next year when they will be only using the 0.13 micron process, and overhaul the P-4 Processor, might it become interesting to see how it compares to AMD's Athlon Chips. Maybe they will finally get it right and surpass AMD? If so, then it will be interesting to see how fast it is for chess programmes. If the P-4 delivers, and surpasses 2000kn/sec. with FRITZMARK many here may switch back to Intel? Cost will be a factor as well, but chips of that level of ULSI should also be more cost effective. But the complete system may still be priced too high to switch back to Intel? Time will tell. Terry
