I belive Bruce has once stated that he doesn't consider himself an amateur. And Goliath is not current for sale, you can download 1.5 for free from the chessbase web page as well the fact that his "full" Goliath version isn't for sale anywhere yet. Gromit, and SOS though, are not available to the public in the latest incarnations in anyway except through the purchess.
