Subject: Parasitic computing

I came across this summary but since I dont have an account can not review the
paper associated with it.  If anyone has access to it perhaps they could
summarize it for those people on ccc that would be interested in knowing more
about it.  I did a search on parasitic computing but came up short but figured
members out here would be interested in reading about this subject.
