If you have created an pgn database in CB7, just select it before you save a
game. You can also drag whatever games you want to into the PGN database. They
are automatically saved as PGN.

You can just open this database in Fritz and use it as any other DB, but
remember to not have anygame open in CB7 from the database. (Perhaps you even
have to close CB7)Its a while since I last used the Fritz 5 interface, but if
there is a save in, just select the name of the PGN database if you want to add
games to it from Fritz.
