You can already load and save PGNs with Chess Tiger for Palm, and you can
export/import them with your PC or Mac.
The only restriction is that you can put only one game in each PGN file (it's
beause of a limit with the Palm operating system).

I think you should try before you buy. If you are really 2200 FIDE, then Chess
Tiger for Palm on a fast device is probably close to your level. A pocketPC
handheld will be a little bit stronger (because they have faster processors).
